Meet Our Staff

   Pastor Simon Tuin
   Pastor

I was born and raised in Abbotsford, British Columbia and completed my undergraduate studies at Redeemer University College, a Christian liberal arts college in Ancaster, Ontario. I received my Master of Divinity degree from Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

It has been my privilege to serve as pastor at Heritage CRC since my ordination as a Minister of the Word in September 1999. I had joined Heritage CRC as a member prior to that time when I served as a seminary intern for a year beginning in August of 1997. For over 20 years now Heritage CRC has been my church family. My wife Heather and I have called Kalamazoo home since 1996, one year after we were married.
