Missionary Pastor ~ Rev. Joshuua Amaezechi
I was born and raised in Nigeria. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technical Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; worked in the Telecom industry for many years before studying at Calvin Theological Seminary, Grand Rapids for a Master of Divinity.
I had served as Associate pastor at Bridgeway Community Church, Haledon, New Jersey; Outreach Coordinator, Brookside CRC, Grand Rapids; Pastor, Calvary Community Church, Plainwell Michigan and Head Chaplain, Kalamazoo County Jail, Michigan.
Called as Missionary Pastor at Heritage Christian Reformed Church in 2024, my charge is the LEMA Institute where I serve as Missionary President, leading a team of Staff and volunteers to train and equip pastors in Africa and immigrant leaders in the US for flourishing Christ centered ministries.
I am married to Kate, from Free-soil, near Ludington, Michigan and we are blessed with four children – John, Chib, Isaac and Chidera. I can be reached at jamaezechi@lemainstitute.org
